You can easily book our services through our online booking portal. After booking, we will contact you to confirm the booking and arrange a collection time around your preferences. Alternatively, if you prefer to discuss your needs directly, you can call us once you've made an online booking or alternatively we can make the booking for you online if you are unable to.
What is the turnaround time for the return of ashes?
We aim for a turnaround time of 7 working days for the return of your pet's ashes. This ensures that you can have your beloved pet back with you as promptly as possible, allowing you to commence the healing process.
Do you operate on weekends and public holidays?
Yes, we understand the importance of being available for our clients during these times, which is why we operate every day, including weekends and public holidays, from 8.30 am to 8.30 pm.
Can I visit the crematorium or bring my pet in for cremation?
London Pet Cremations is exclusively a mobile service operating in and around London, and as such, we do not offer the option for clients to visit our crematorium or bring their pets in themselves. For those wishing to have an appointment at the crematorium and bring their pet in, we recommend contacting our sister service, the APPCC-accredited Phoenix Pet Crematorium in Essex. www.phoenixpetcremations.com
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my booking?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs and assist you during this challenging time. If this is last minute and our drivers have travelled to you then there maybe cancellation fees.
